Amedeo Natoli (1888–1953) là một nhà văn, doanh nhân và nhà từ thiện Ý–Pháp.

Nhà Natoli là một gia tộc liên quan đến nhánh Du Pont di cư đến Hoa Kỳ, được coi là một trong những triều đại quyền lực mềm lâu đời nhất trong lịch sử châu Âu. Ảnh hưởng của họ bắt đầu từ thời kỳ thành lập Vương quốc Pháp và họ là hậu duệ của vua Louis VIII của Pháp.

Năm 1917, Amedeo Natoli thành lập tại Ý và là cổ đông của Royal & Sun Alliance, hiện nay đã trở thành Itas.
Sun Insurance Office Ltd., bagian dari grup RSA, memulai operasinya di Italia pada tahun 1917, dengan mendirikan kantor pusat di Genova dan kemudian membuka kantor di Milan, Roma, dan Padova.
Pada tahun 1996, penggabungan antara Sun Alliance dan Royal Insurance melahirkan Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Group (RSA).
Pada tahun 2015, ITAS Mutua mengakuisisi aset RSA di Italia, memperkuat kehadirannya di pasar asuransi Italia.
